A 19th-century Greek Revival house listed on the National Register of Historic Places, reopened after a 15-year restoration project. Mountain Mechanical provided mechanical services for this historically sensitive project — balancing modern HVAC requirements with preservation constraints.
Extra Space Storage – 61-Ton VRF Industrial Conversion
500 West Sunrise Highway · Patchogue
The former Pepsi-Cola bottling plant, converted into a modern climate-controlled storage facility. Peter Montana personally designed the VRF system layout — 61 tons of VRF heating and cooling. Mountain Mechanical performed commissioning post-installation and provided twelve months of maintenance service.
Goldfish Swim School – Natatorium HVAC
Long Island
A purpose-built swim school facility requiring specialized natatorium HVAC — dehumidification, air quality management, and climate control engineered for an indoor pool environment. Mountain Mechanical handled the pool facility mechanical installation, a specialty application that demands precise humidity and temperature control.
